Spark is a website that helps create a better environment and foster a sense of community, by encouraging people to do good for those around them. The tool will help people to record and post good deeds by uploading a picture and writing a caption. Then the person would challenge 2 friends that have a pre-existing users account within the website. This will be the start of their Spark. This project is unique and different because of two aspects. First, it helps people see the ripple effect of their good deed through the Good Deed Cloud and Spark video. This is a strong motivator to do more good things. Secondly, Spark is designed for well-defined communities, and not open to the world-at-large. This means that the same groups of people do good deeds and benefit from them.  Additionally, the snowball effect ultimately touches everyone within the community and can even touch the same people again and again.

 

The Spark website could be used in multiple types of groups like workplace teams, cohort of students, sports team, or residential communities.
